On the afternoon of October 9, CR Power and CR Vientiane Life signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen. Witnessed by Shi Baofeng, President of the Board of Directors of CR Power, and Yu Linkang, President of CR Vientiane Life, Fan Zhe, Vice President of CR Power, and Wang Haimin, Vice President of CR Vientiane Life, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

On October 3, General Manager Wang Cuijun of CR Group visited CR Power Shenshan Company for investigation. Yu Jing, Deputy Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, and Shi Baofeng, President of the board of directors of CR Power, accompanied the delegation for investigation.

On September 19, the launch ceremony of CR Power’ charity brand “Energy Classroom” was successfully held in Zhangjiakou City. The ceremony was hosted by China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. One main venue and six video sub-venues were set up for the ceremony with live broadcast simultaneously. A total of 511 people including leaders from local governments, teachers and students, and news media representatives from the seven "Energy Classrooms" participated in the event.

On August 29, Group Director Pan Fu visited CR Power Xuzhou Company for investigation and organized a symposium.

On August 19, Shi Baofeng, President of the Board of Directors of CR Power, met with Qin Weiguo, Secretary of Huaibei Municipal CPC Committee and his delegation in Shenzhen. The two parties held discussions and exchanges on expanding cooperation in the energy field, and jointly witnessed the signing of a new energy coupling biomass green methanol integration project investment framework agreement between CR Power and the Suixi County People’s Government, Huaibei City.

On August 18, President Wang Xiangming of the Group and his delegation visited CR Power Shenyang Company for investigation. Deputy General Manager Wang Chuandong of the Group and Shi Baofeng, President of the Board of Directors of CR Power, accompanied the delegation for investigation.

On August 15, the North China No. 1 Camp of CR Group’s 2023 “Stars of the Future” New Employee Training Camp held a closing ceremony in Hohhot. Shi Baofeng, President of the Board of Directors of CR Power, attended the meeting via video. Vice President Liu Xiusheng, heads of the Human Resource Department, the Northern Region, and North China No. 1 Camp, leaders of the holding company headquarters, technology institutes and different regions, together with 373 campers, participated in the camp closing ceremony.

On August 11, the "China ESG Forum 2023 Guangdong Summit", hosted by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society, the China Social Responsibility 100 Forum, and the ESG Alliance of Central Enterprises, participated and reported by China Media Group, kicked off in Guangzhou. At the event, the "China ESG 50 List of Listed Companies in Greater Bay Area" was announced, and CR Power stood out as the sole company that achieved the five-star level, securing the top spot on the list.

On the afternoon of August 3, CR Power's Board Chairman Shi Baofeng and his delegation met with Zhang Lun, CPC Heze Municipal Committee Secretary, and Li Chunying, CPC Heze Municipal Committee Deputy Secretary and Heze Mayor. They talked and communicated about issues like advancing CR Power and Heze City's collaboration in new energy development.
